Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and supervises staff for the implementation and maintenance of integrated data systems, networks, and software applications.
• Oversees organization-wide IT infrastructure, ensures seamless operation on various platforms.
• Safeguards compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve integrated and efficient data systems.
• Provides strategic direction for IT initiatives and technological advancements.
• Monitors and optimizes network performance to meet organizational objectives.
• Stays current with industry trends and recommends technology upgrades as needed.
• Education and Experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Programs, IT Systems, or related field.
• Advanced or Master’s degree in related field preferred. 6 years’ experience in IT Management or related position. 8+ years’ experience preferred.
• Certifications in big data analytics or coding programs such as Python, JavaScript, or C++ is a plus.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must demonstrate analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and with others.
• Strong technical computer programming and trouble-shooting skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Demonstrates strong multi-tasking capabilities and organizational skills.
• Leadership and effective team management.
• Work Environment: Frequent exposure to manufacturing facilities with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.
• Ability to sit comfortably for prolonged periods of time.
• Occasional travel as the job may require visiting customers and project sites.
• Work Environment: Work is performed in a climate-controlled office setting.
