This would not only help maintain a tidy chat interface but also enable users to prioritize their responses more effectively. Additionally, to improve privacy, WhatsApp could implement a feature that allows users to hide chats without archiving them. Unlike archiving, which brings the chat to the top when a new message is received, hiding would maintain better confidentiality for users.

To enhance WhatsApp, I recommend adding an "Activity Status" feature. For example, allowing users to set status indicators like "Busy," "Available," or "Away" would create a more dynamic communication experience. This would enable users to know the best times to contact others. This feature would support WhatsApp's goal of facilitating efficient and immediate interactions among users. Additionally, improving the 'Delete for Everyone' feature could be beneficial. Although this feature is useful, it currently alerts the recipient that a message has been deleted. To uphold privacy, the app could eliminate this notification. Implementing these two features, along with continuing efforts to enhance encryption and security, could significantly elevate the user experience on WhatsApp.
