In my previous position as a product manager, I employed various channels to collect user feedback. We offered users the option to provide feedback directly on our platform, and in addition, we conducted online surveys and utilized web analytics and other tools to obtain insights into user behavior. However, I believe that the most valuable feedback arises from more direct approaches. Therefore, we regularly conducted usability tests and organized in-person meetings with our customers, which allowed for more in-depth discussions about their likes and dislikes regarding our product. Once we collected the feedback, we organized team meetings to analyze it, categorizing similar comments and identifying patterns or key points. The insights gained were then shared with the development team and stakeholders. Every modification we implement based on feedback is assessed through A/B testing, along with further user feedback on these changes. We discovered that this approach consistently enhances the user experience of our product significantly.
