In my former position as a project manager at XYZ Software, I applied Scrum principles to effectively oversee and complete several important software projects. I led a diverse team of approximately 8 individuals through multiple sprints, each ranging from 2 to 4 weeks. By emphasizing open communication, ongoing feedback, and concentrating on delivering functional components by the end of each sprint, we achieved timely delivery for 95% of our projects and considerably enhanced our team's productivity and morale. Additionally, I possess a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification, which significantly assisted me in refining our Scrum practices.
