In my former position as a digital marketing manager, I observed a notable decline in our inbound traffic. Rather than relying on conventional methods such as increasing ad spend or launching social media campaigns, I created a unique approach: a viral charity challenge. This initiative aimed to involve our customers while also highlighting a cause that resonated with our brand values. Participants were encouraged to demonstrate creative uses of our products that contributed to pollution reduction and then invite their friends to join the challenge. This concept proved effective in boosting traffic, engaging current customers, enhancing brand visibility, and linking our brand with sustainability.
