For me, digital well-being involves maintaining a healthy balance with technology—utilizing it as a tool to improve our lives rather than allowing it to take control or cause stress. With this perspective, I aim to create a comprehensive app called "QuiTech". "QuiTech" will be developed to assist users in managing their digital experiences across smartphones, computers, and other devices, fostering a healthier and more mindful connection with technology. The foundation of the app is built on four key pillars of digital well-being: time management, privacy management, digital detox, and positivity. To address time management, the app could include a detailed analyzer that monitors the user's total screen time across different applications. It could categorize this data into productive and non-productive time based on user-defined tags and offer suggestions to minimize non-productive screen usage. Regarding privacy management, the app could incorporate a VPN service, offer tracking protection, and provide regular privacy management advice. For the digital detox aspect, the app could recommend a weekly digital detox plan, encouraging users to take short breaks regularly and completely disconnect from devices at times. Lastly, in terms of positivity, the app could create a space for users to share their achievements related to digital well-being goals, offer support to one another, and cultivate a constructive digital environment. To validate this product, we could conduct surveys to gauge users' digital habits before and after utilizing the app. Additionally, behavioral analytics tools could help us assess whether users are actively engaging with all four pillars of features.
