My design process begins with identifying the problem, the users, and their needs. I engage in collaborative sessions with stakeholders through interviews or workshops to establish a common understanding of the project's scope, limitations, and objectives. After gaining a comprehensive understanding of the issue, I proceed to the ideation phase, where I create various design solutions using sketches, storyboards, and low-fidelity prototypes to facilitate rapid idea iteration. The next step involves validating the design solutions. I conduct usability tests with interactive prototypes on actual users, and the insights gained from these tests are crucial for refining and improving the design. Once this is complete, I shift my attention to implementation. During this stage, I collaborate closely with developers to ensure that the design vision is accurately reflected in the final product. After launching the product, I continue to gather data and user feedback to further iterate and enhance the product. For instance, in a previous project where I designed a mobile app for online shopping, the entire process included thorough research, ideation, testing, and iteration. The data collected played a key role in guiding design decisions, resulting in a 30% increase in user engagement.
