When evaluating customer satisfaction for the Robinhood product, I think several metrics would be advantageous. To begin with, a Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) could assess customers' immediate contentment. After they complete specific tasks on the app, they could be asked to rate their satisfaction with the experience. Additionally, the Net Promoter Score (NPS) would also be valuable. This metric would involve asking customers how likely they are to recommend Robinhood to friends or colleagues. Lastly, we could implement the Customer Effort Score (CES) . This measures the level of effort required by customers to resolve an issue or obtain an answer to a question. These metrics would enable us to quantify customer satisfaction, identify opportunities to enhance it, and monitor our progress over time.
