One of the more notable projects I recently undertook involved creating a customer management system (CMS) for a startup. Our goal was to design a customizable and user-friendly CMS that would optimize the company’s customer service operations, allowing them to concentrate more on other areas of their business. As a full-stack developer, I played a key role in both backend and frontend development, specifically utilizing Node.js for the backend and React.js for the frontend. A major challenge we faced was maintaining the application's performance during peak traffic. To improve performance, we implemented load balancing and asynchronous operations. The client responded positively to the program, and we have observed a marked enhancement in their customer responsiveness since its implementation.
