In my previous position as a Project Manager, I was tasked with implementing a new software system across various departments. I anticipated potential resistance from staff, as many were not technologically adept and preferred the current system. To mitigate this issue, I opted for a phased rollout of the updates and organized training sessions for each department prior to their updates. I personally conducted the training, offering them hands-on experience and boosting their confidence in using the new system. Additionally, I set up regular feedback sessions to address their concerns and incorporate their suggestions. As a result of these proactive measures, the transition was smooth and successful, with minimal resistance.
