In my previous position as a product manager, I frequently collaborated with developers and designers. I recognized the importance of clear communication in multidisciplinary teams. To ensure this, I organized shared weekly meetings and maintained open channels for discussing project updates and any issues that arose. One memorable situation occurred during the planning stage of a new product launch. The developers expressed doubts about the feasibility of a feature proposed by our designers. Rather than taking sides, I organized a brainstorming session to address the challenges and explore possible solutions. This discussion not only alleviated the developers' concerns but also resulted in an improved design strategy. Overall, this experience taught me that open communication, active listening, and mutual respect are crucial when working with developers and designers.
