About the Role
Join an engineering team building AI workflow automation for the insurance industry. - Build and ship AI agents and automations, often within the same week as initial customer conversations.
- Bring successful customer-specific solutions into the core platform.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to shape scalable features from customer insights.
What We're Looking For
- Three to six years of software engineering, forward deployed, solutions, implementation, or product engineering experience.
- Experience regularly working with customers to scope, build, and deploy solutions, alongside strong hands-on coding skills.
- Full-stack proficiency and experience with Python and/or TypeScript.
- Startup or software consulting experience, preferably at a venture-backed company.
- Experience building or deploying production AI/ML automations or agentic workflows; familiarity with LLM automation pipelines is a plus.
- Ability to manage enterprise deployments, switch between customer communication and focused engineering work, and take ownership in a fast-moving environment.
- A degree from a highly regarded university or comparable academic background.
- Insurance or financial services experience is helpful.
