About the role

What will you do at True Talent Solutions Partners?

About the Role

This hands-on engineering role sits at the intersection of AI, product, and customer implementation in the insurance technology sector. You will work with enterprise insurance brokerages to understand their workflows, build AI-powered solutions, and help turn successful implementations into scalable platform capabilities.

What You'll Do

  • Own customer engagements from requirements gathering and technical scoping through implementation and deployment.
  • Build and ship AI agents and workflow automations, often delivering working solutions within the same week as customer conversations.
  • Work directly with enterprise customers after the sale to understand their business needs and shape practical technical solutions.
  • Develop across the front end and back end, then incorporate reusable customer learnings into platform features.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teammates to make customer-driven improvements that scale across deployments.

What We're Looking For

  • Three to six years of software engineering, forward deployed, solutions, implementation, or product engineering experience, with substantial hands-on coding.
  • Experience scoping and delivering post-sales customer solutions, including the ability to balance customer communication with focused engineering work.
  • Full-stack proficiency and experience with Python and/or TypeScript.
  • Startup or software consulting experience, including work at a venture-backed startup at Series A or later.
  • Experience building or scaling enterprise deployments and shipping multiple product features or automations for large customers.
  • Strong engineering fundamentals and a relevant degree or equivalent background.
  • Production experience with AI/ML automations, agentic workflows, or LLM-powered pipelines is a plus, as is experience in insurance or financial services.
  • Substantive professional experience in the United States.
