Cosmetics, Kosas, OLIPOP, and many more. We're building the future of social commerce -- where community, conversation, and commerce converge. The role We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to own core product experiences end to end, from a rough problem to shipped product.

You'll join a small design team of product designers working daily with PMs and engineers. You'll design the workflows brands use every day: creator discovery, campaigns, the social inbox, analytics, and the AI agents that help teams act on all of it. This is a high-autonomy role.

You'll move fast, make calls, and help define how people and AI work together inside a product.

What you'll do Own end-to-end product areas such as creator discovery, campaigns, inbox and analytics, from problem framing to shipped UI Design clear workflows for data-heavy surfaces: dashboards, filters, lists, profiles and settings Pioneer new interaction patterns for human-AI collaboration, including agent setup, review and hand-off Talk with social media managers and community teams to ground decisions in how they work Contribute to and help scale our design system, from Figma components to the coded UI library Prototype quickly, including in code or with AI tools, to test ideas before committing Partner closely with PMs and engineers to ship high-quality work every week What we're looking for 4+ years of product design experience building modern B2B or SaaS products Shipped work you can walk through end to end, including the trade-offs and what you'd change Experience designing data-heavy interfaces such as dashboards, analytics or workflow tools Strong interaction and visual craft, with real attention to detail Interest in AI-native products and human-AI interaction patterns Comfort with ambiguity, fast iteration and making decisions with incomplete information Clear communication with PMs, engineers and customers Bonus points Experience in social media management, community, creator or influencer marketing tools Background in e-commerce or conversion-focused products Prior startup experience, especially in AI or social tech Comfort prototyping in code or with AI design tools What We Offer Competitive compensation and early equity Health, vision, and dental benefits + 401(k) match ClassPass membership for fitness and wellness classes $50/month mobile stipend for all employees, and $50/month internet stipend for remote employees For our Palo Alto Office: Hybrid schedule: 4 days in office, plus 3 remote flex days per quarter (after your first 3 months) Free lunch in the heart of University Ave. in Palo Alto $1,000/month housing stipend for living near the office Fully paid for commuter benefits (train stipend or Palo Alto parking reimbursement)
