Come build with us! About The RoleLyric is hiring a Forward Deployed Engagement Lead to own the hands-on, technical delivery of complex supply chain analytics implementations.

This is a senior, customer-facing role for someone who wants to stay close to the platform - configuring, modeling, and troubleshooting directly - while running a defined statement of work with program-management discipline from kickoff through go-live and adoption.The ideal candidate is T-shaped: broad enough to engage across customer strategy, analytics, and technology, and deep enough to lead solution design and implementation.

This role requires exceptional program management, executive presence, and the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment.

What You'll DoEngagement Leadership & GovernanceLead end-to-end delivery of enterprise supply chain analytics and optimization programsEstablish and manage engagement governance, including steering committees and program cadencesPartner with customer and internal executives to align priorities, manage risk, and ensure on-time, on-budget deliveryDefine engagement success metrics and ensure value realization against business objectivesSolution Design & DeliveryTranslate business requirements into technical architectures leveraging Lyric’s platform, hands-onLead modeling, data integration, and configuration efforts across functional and technical teamsCollaborate with engineering, data science, and IT stakeholders to ensure scalable and secure implementationsLead structured UAT and drive adoption of Lyric solutions across business unitsProgram Management & Team LeadershipManage cross-functional delivery teams across geographies and time zones, including offshore delivery partnersScope services engagements - translating ambiguous asks into bounded statements of work with clear success criteriaDrive accountability and communication across internal and external teamsLead change management and customer enablement activitiesSurface insights and feedback to inform Lyric’s product roadmap and delivery best practicesAbout You8+ years of experience in consulting, enterprise SaaS, or supply chain analytics delivery, ideally owning statements of work end-to-endGenuinely hands-on with technical delivery - comfortable configuring, modeling, debugging, and troubleshooting rather than only directing othersDeep understanding of supply chain analytics use cases (optimization, prediction, simulation)Proven experience leading global project teams and managing enterprise-scale programsStrong executive presence, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and credibly at all levels of an organizationTrack record running UAT and change management that drives real adoption, not just sign-offHigh attention to detail and structured program management skillsEntrepreneurial, proactive, and energized by building in a fast-moving environmentBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; advanced degree preferredEven if you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications, we recommend applying to the role!

Location: Remote. Up to 30% travel expected, primarily within the US.

Compensation

The annual compensation range for this position is $180,000 and $240,000 in on-target earnings. Base cash will be determined based on years of experience with a 30% variable compensation that is earned based on individual & business performance. You will also have the opportunity to receive equity in Lyric.
