This is a role for someone with a finance or accounting background who wants to learn US capital markets from the primary documents. You will write about SEC reporting: 10-K and 10-Q mechanics, ASC and ASU updates, Reg S-K and S-X, comment letter trends, IPO and S-1 readiness. You will go to the filing itself rather than to someone else's summary of it.

Everything you publish gets traced back to a source. Every number, every citation, every accounting reference. You will use AI tools as part of the workflow, and you will be expected to know where their output cannot be trusted.

We would rather you were correct than quick. Write blog posts, LinkedIn content, newsletters, and long-form guides on SEC reporting topics: 10-K and 10-Q mechanics, ASC and ASU updates, Reg S-K and S-X, comment letter trends, IPO and S-1 readiness Read primary sources directly.
