**The RoleThis is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district's calendar. Immediate start dates depend on available placements once you've completed the application process.

**As a Fullmind Speech Pathologist, you will: Deliver engaging, high-quality speech and language instruction through Teletherapy (Telespeech), building the same rapport and momentum as an in-person therapist would Evaluate students' speech and language levels and translate findings into clear, actionable goals Design and carry out individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's IEP Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals with the rigor districts require Partner with school-based staff, teachers, case managers, and administrators, to keep everyone aligned on student progress Requirements Must have an active SLP license from the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH).

And a valid Related Services license from the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB). Or willing to pursue reciprocity. Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions on any license held Experience with telehealth platforms for assessment and teletherapy delivery in a school/IEP context Reliable, FERPA-compliant technology setup: webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, private/distraction-free workspace.
