This role is the local vision that connects Japanese creative production with BeReal's global performance creative operation.Voodoo is looking for a Lead Creative Manager to lead a squad of creative producers and influencer coordinators.

You will own creative production for BeReal’s paid marketing strategy and play a central role in helping growth of the user base on the market.Prioritize and drive creative production for BeReal based on product and user acquisition strategyLead up to 3 people: recruit, coach, animate the teamAnalyze your team’s performance, define action plans, and hit your KPIsBenchmark, discover new creative concepts, and share best practices with the globa creative teamLead key projects to test new tools, IA processes, etc.
