HR ManagerIndia · Full-time · The hire owns HR end to end: hiring, payroll and compliance.

What you’ll do Hire at volume, mainly frontline staff and interns, from sourcing to joining Run monthly payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity) Handle offer letters, onboarding/offboarding, contracts and HR records Manage a growing frontline workforce and its vendors Keep our books and filings on track with our accounting partners You have 4–7 years in HR in India, hands-on with payroll and statutory compliance Experience hiring and managing frontline or contract workforces at volume Comfort with payroll/HRIS tools (Rippling a plus) Ownership, discretion, and some overlap with US hours
